What we collect
The research, program-feedback, and introduction forms collect the adult submitter's name, email, location, organization, role, consent choices, and the answers they choose to provide. We do not ask for a child's full name. Camper answers must be completed or supervised by a parent or guardian.
Why we use it
We use responses to evaluate demand, design the pilot, identify risks, recruit possible operators and partners, understand future capital questions, review introductions, and follow up when permission is given. Submitting a form does not create a booking, employment relationship, partnership, or investment commitment.
Where it is processed
Verified submissions are stored by Netlify. Adult contact and routing details may be synchronized to Attio, our CRM. Resend may send a transactional receipt and, only with separate permission, future updates. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms. Full qualitative responses remain in Netlify unless we deliberately export them for research.
Children and sensitive information
An adult must submit the form. Do not provide a child's full name, contact details, precise location, medical information, school, travel document details, or other sensitive personal information. We may delete responses that include information we did not request.
Introductions
Share only information you are authorized to provide. We store the introducer as the contact. We do not automatically create or email the person being introduced. We review that information manually before using it.
Retention and choices
We plan to retain research responses for no more than 24 months unless a shorter period is appropriate, the information becomes part of an active relationship, or law requires otherwise. You may ask us to correct or delete your response and may withdraw follow-up permission at any time.
Make a privacy request
The Camp Komorebi project lead reviews these requests. Use the same email as your original response so we can verify it before correcting or deleting data or withdrawing consent.
No sale, deposit, or investment
The site is for research and recruitment. We are not accepting deposits, participant payments, investments, or binding commitments through these forms.
